How to make the best of this banana muffin recipe? Have you got a bunch of a bit overripe bananas? Well, don't through them away, that would be a terrible waste! They are a good excuse to bake delicious banana muffins. They are easy to make and don't require any special cooking skills. What I really like is a short time to make the batter so I can bake them just before my friends come for a visit or before breakfast. Banana muffins are best eaten warm straight from the oven but they are also yummy served at room temperature when still fresh. However, my husband and I are not always unanimous on the decision what coffee brew goes along with this muffins best.

In my opinion Turkish coffee and cappuccino both go well with banana muffins although I do prefer Turkish coffee. My husband disagrees with me and prefers cappuccino bar none. This is tough but anyway our joint coffee choice therefore is...

...cappuccino. No worries, I haven't lost the battle here but simply couldn't decide.
