- Keep coffee in an air-tight ceramic or glass container and store it in a cool dry place to keep it fresh for longer (e.g. fridge).

- Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle and pour into a dzezve coffee pot. Place the pot on the hob and boil for another 10s.
- Turn the gas/electricity off, quickly take a heaped teaspoon of Barcaffe and add it to the freshly boiled water. Stir quickly and leave to set for about 20s. Here we go, your Turkish coffee is ready to drink, yummy.
